Wil started it all! With years of hands-on experience in the field and expertise in BIM design and virtual construction, he frames the gap between traditional building and modern technology—but if there’s ever a friendly competition on site, you can bet Wilberth’s the first to grab a hammer and prove he’s still got it.

April wears many hats—accounting, HR, talent acquisition, and, of course, being Wil’s better half. If something goes sideways, she’s the one to fix it—fiercely, and always with a touch of her southern charm.

Taylor handles the numbers, keeps the books balanced, and somehow also finds time to tinker with the website. The truth is, no one’s entirely sure everything he does—but we’re certain things would fall apart without him. He’s here every day, which feels like proof enough that he’s important.

Luke is the guy who makes sure everything actually happens. He wrangles schedules, smooths out the chaos, and somehow keeps a hundred moving parts from crashing into each other. Some say he’s equal parts problem-solver and professional cat-herder.
